Product Description

XH-50E/K75 is a fast drying Two Component Solvent Based Polyurethane Adhesive.

It is a Polyurethane Glue that suitable for thick layer PE composite.

As a Food Packaging Adhesive, it can be widely used in food flexible packaging composite materials OPP, CPP, PE, PVC, PET, NY, AL and other substrates.

With better initial adhesion and excellent peeling strength, it is good at the composite of rigid materials such as aluminum foil.

It has better adhesion and heat sealing performance for thick PE bottom film reinforced with multi-layer structure.

Before bonding, the appearance of the adherend must be properly treated. This includes removing grease, dust and other contaminants to ensure that the bonding surface is clean. Especially for metal and plastic substrates, degreasing and cleaning must be carried out to remove pollutants such as grease, dirt and release agent. This helps to improve the quality of bonding. In some cases, it is necessary to roughen the bonding surface to increase the contact area between the adhesive and the substrate. This can be achieved by sandblasting, sanding or other methods.
